CLASSES I-II
Academic session is divided into Two Terms and Four Units. Weekly tests, as per the schedule given and multiple skill based continuous comprehensive activities will be conducted during the session. There will be Term ending test for all the Primary Classes.
The promotion to the next class will be based on the cumulative performance in Formative and Proficiency / Summative Assessments. The student must obtain at least Grade D in each subject including Computer Education, Divinity and General Knowledge.

CLASSES VI-VIII
Scholastic Areas : The Examination and Assessment structure for Classes VI to VIII is divided into Two Terms i.e Term-I (April to Sept.) and Term-II (Oct. to March).

Assessment and Evaluation Practices will be aligned progressively with the vision of NEP.
CLASSES XI & XII
- The students are offered English Core along with Four Elective Subjects and one Additional Subject as a course of study.
- The Sixth Subject or the Additional subject is offered to the students only for their benefit in Board Examination in Class XII. The sixth subject offered in Class XI will not be considered for Promotion or Detention of a Student while calculating the final cumulative result of Class XI.

ELIGIBILITY / PROMOTION CRITERIA
i) Tests and Examinations, whenever scheduled are compulsory for all the students from Classes I to XII.
(ii) A student will not be eligible to appear in the Annual / Board Examination, if he / she does not fulfill the criteria of minimum 90% attendance during the Academic Session.
(iii) The students of Nursery Class generally graduate to Class-I subject to the eligibility in respect of the Attendance. They are however, assessed continuously by the teachers.
(iv) Promotion cannot be claimed as a matter of right but is given on the basis of the cumulative results of the Periodic Test, Internal Assessment and the Comprehensive Assessment Examination conducted during the Academic Session.
(v) The decision of the school authorities regarding promotion is final. No student is given Double Promotion.
(vi) Absence in any test / exam will negatively affect the overall result of a student as each test/exam has some weightage.
(vii) It is mandatory for all the students to appear in the Terminal / Half yearly and Annual Examination conducted by the School to be eligible for promotion. Zero will be awarded to any student who absents himself / herself from a test except in a special case where exemption has been granted. No retest will be conducted in any circumstances.
(viii) In case of illness, medical documents along with the application should be submitted immediately.
(ix) If a student indulges in any kind of unfair means of copying at the time of Test / Examination, his / her exam / test will be treated as cancelled. The Principal may also take any other disciplinary action as per the school rules.
(x) The student, who is detained twice in the same class, will be issued T.C on the last date of the session.
